I attended and participated in this workshop aimed at local government officials and councillors, held by the North West University (Potchefstroom)’s Faculty of Law and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, in Potchefstroom. I participated in a session entitled “What are (some) of the features of a properly structured municipality?”, delivering a presentation entitled “Urban autonomy and municipal structure/design: Does form enable function”?
